Welcome to Memora. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and services. By creating an account or using Memora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Accounts and Registration
- To use Memora, you must provide accurate and complete information when signing up (including first name, last name, email, and phone number).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Memora.
2. Roles and Permissions
Memora operates on a role-based system within families:
- Admins: Full control over the family group, including inviting/removing members, assigning roles, and managing shared content.
- Members: Can contribute and view content shared within the family.
- Viewers: Have limited access, as defined by the Admin.
By joining a family, you acknowledge that your information and content may be visible to other members, based on the permissions set by the Admin. Memora is not responsible for Admin decisions regarding role assignments or content visibility.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Memora for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload content that is offensive, obscene, or violates another person’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Data Collection and Marketing
- Your use of Memora is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].
- By default, you are enrolled to receive marketing emails. You may opt out at any time.
- Your information may be sold or shared with third parties, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you upload remains yours. By uploading, you grant Memora a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and share that content within the platform.
Memora’s trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your personal information, subject to our data retention practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
Memora provides its services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for the actions of Admins or other family members in how they manage or share content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Memora after changes means you accept the new Terms.
